The Wilevco Spray Applicator delivers the efficient precision inherent in spraying coatings versus the costly inaccuracies of dipping or showering, and blowing off excess coating.
Our patented innovative, no-nozzle method of supplying coating with or without particulate material to the disc eliminates clogging or dripping. In tests across a wide range of coatings - from very light glazes and barrier coatings to extremely viscous leavened batters - our Spray Applicator proves its great versatility and capital equipment economy by uniformly applying coatings of all viscosities.
The Wilevco Spray Applicator enables significant increases in production yields over other application methods, because:
- The uniform spray pattern delivers a uniform total, top only or bottom only coating on each piece across the entire row of product throughout the production period.
- The product is never "floated" across a puddle of coating - product rows remain unaltered while traveling through the applicator and "marriages" are eliminated.
