Our innovative method of supplying coating material to the discs eliminates clogging and dripping. In tests across a wide range of coatings – from very light oils, glazes and barrier coatings to extremely viscous coatings including leavened batters – our Spray Applicator proved its great versatility and capital equipment economy by uniformly applying coatings at easily repeatable and highly accurate pick-up weights. This accuracy includes weight measurement of less than 1/2 % variance across any width conveyor belt.
